No, this derailleur does not have a tube clamp. It is designed to be mounted on the braze-on mount on the frame. You will also need an adapter tube clamp if the frame does not have a braze-on mounting screw for the derailleur and is only attached using a clamp.

Nein dieser Umwerfer ist ohne Rohrklemme. Er ist für die Montage an der Anlötbefestigung am Rahmen gedacht. Man benötigt dann noch eine Adapter Rohrklemme wenn der Rahmen keine Anlötbefestigungsschraube für den Umwerfer hat sondern nur mittels Klemme befestigt wird.

Hello, I have looked a lot into the compatibility of these parts, and yes the front derailleur will go very well with 9 or 10v at the rear. On the other hand, it is suitable for 2 trays and not 3 at the front.

Do a search here for "front derailleur clamp adapter" 31.8mm can use a shim to reduce down to 28.6mm, but it is ideal to use the specific clamp diameter without a shim.
