I bought these toe clips for flat pedals for DUATHLON practice. The Velcro straps work well and they are adjustable to your foot or shoe. They are comfortable thanks to the thickness and width. The only weak point is that there is no "stop" to wedge the shoe at the end. You have to compensate with a good adjustment.
