A bottom bracket without bearing play is a basic prerequisite for clean shifting and a good riding feel. The CONTEC bottom bracket puller is used to repair bottom brackets of types ISIS, Octalink and JIS. The tool is identical to the TL-UN 74-S or TL-UN 66 pullers and engages in the tooth profile of the bearing cups. The puller can be used with either a 24 mm open-ended spanner or a 1/2´´ ratchet. A puller like this is essential for the repair of the bottom bracket on the bicycle.
