Product description of Cushcore E-MTB anti-puncture mousse

Description summary

Conquer the trail with the CushCore E-MTB Mousse. Specifically engineered for the high demands of E-bikes, this insert offers ultimate protection against ride-ending punctures and costly rim damage. But it´s more than just protection; it acts as a suspension damper, smoothing out rough terrain for superior control and less rider fatigue. By supporting your tyre sidewalls, it dramatically enhances cornering grip and stability, allowing you to run lower pressures for maximum traction. Ride faster, smoother, and with total confidence. The definitive performance upgrade for your E-MTB

CushCore E-MTB Anti-Puncture Mousse: Ultimate Protection & Performance

Revolutionize your ride and conquer the trail with unparalleled confidence with the CushCore E-MTB Anti-Puncture Mousse. Specifically engineered to meet the rigorous demands of modern E-bikes and aggressive MTB Cycling, this system is far more than just a tyre insert; it´s a complete performance enhancement for your wheels and tyres. If you´re tired of ride-ending punctures, costly rim damage, and a lack of control on challenging terrain, the CushCore Mousse is the definitive upgrade you need.

Unrivaled Puncture & Rim Protection
Say goodbye to the anxiety of pinch flats and catastrophic rim damage. The CushCore E-MTB insert acts as a robust, protective barrier inside your tyre, absorbing the most violent impacts from rocks, roots, and square-edged hits. This is especially critical for the added weight and higher forces generated by E-bikes, providing a crucial buffer that saves your expensive rims from dents and cracks, allowing you to charge through technical sections without hesitation.

Superior Damping & Control
Transform rough, chattery trails into smooth, manageable lines. This advanced Mousse functions as a sophisticated suspension damper within your tyre, effectively reducing vibration and trail feedback. By calming the ride, it allows your bike´s primary suspension to work more efficiently, resulting in less rider fatigue, enhanced stability at speed, and a feeling of floating over terrain that would normally be jarring.

Enhanced Cornering & Traction
Unlock the full potential of your tyres and corner like a pro. By providing substantial lateral support to the tyre sidewall, the CushCore Mousse prevents tyre roll and squirm, even at lower pressures. This allows you to run optimal tyre pressures for a massive increase in traction without the negative handling consequences. The result is predictable, confidence-inspiring grip in high-speed corners, off-camber sections, and loose conditions.

Engineered for E-MTB Dominance
This isn´t just a standard insert. The E-MTB version is specifically designed with a unique profile and density to handle the increased torque, speed, and weight of electric mountain bikes. It provides the ultimate combination of rim protection, sidewall stability, and vibration damping needed to elevate your E-bike´s performance and durability. The system includes a pair of specially designed tubeless air valves that allow air to move freely around the insert for easy setup and pressure adjustments.

Top protection

Ståle

I have used CushCore in the rear wheel of a downhill bike and in both the front and rear wheels of an EMTB for tough trail riding where there are a lot of sharp rocks and roots. It protects the rim well and almost eliminates punctures. It is much more work to get the tire on/off, as CushCore works against you in the process -- but when everything is in place, it works optimally
