I wanted to know how Endura EGM technical underwear shorts fit, whether to take the right size or take a size up or down. Thanks

Sizing is good, the same as other brands I've bought. I used them for an offroad endurance ride, they were comfortable for most of the day but a bit of chaffing after 7 hours in the saddle
