Hi! No they are not , ideal for warner temperature as they are lightweight and breathable!

I wear them in winter, over padded shorts, they keep cold wind and spray off, but they are not very thick. I prefer them to the spray pants which are warmer, as they are so much stretchier. I would say they are good to about plus 5 degrees, but not for snow and ice!
