I would need a 27.2 mm seat post without a holder to replace the one with a holder on the bike. So measured from under the holder without the holder part to the bottom of the post, the post on the bike is now 32.5 cm long. I can´t find such a measurement anywhere. Can I use a 30 cm (ie 2.5 cm shorter tube) ? The frame height of a 28" bike is 48cm. I have to install the saddle as low as possible and a tube with a holder is impossible, because the holder has several cm of additional height.

You can cut this seat post to make it shorter if that´s what you need (I did). You have to make a clean cut and file/sand it well so that it doesn´t rub against the frame, it´s easy since it´s aluminum and it saws well. All the best
