Description summary

Unlock your suspension´s true potential with the genuine FOX Float CTD/DPS Air Volume Spacer Kit. This essential tuning tool allows you to customize your shock´s air spring curve for your weight and riding style. By installing a spacer, you increase end-stroke progression, eliminating harsh bottom-outs on big hits and providing crucial mid-stroke support through corners. This allows for a more controlled, confident ride on aggressive terrain. The kit includes 5 sizes for precise adjustment, making it a simple yet impactful upgrade for perfect suspension performance

FOX Float CTD/DPS Shock Absorber Spacer Kit

Unlock the full potential of your mountain bike´s rear suspension with the genuine FOX Float CTD/DPS Shock Absorber Spacer Kit. This essential tuning component is designed for riders who demand more from their equipment and want to perfectly tailor their shock´s performance to their weight, riding style, and terrain. If you´re experiencing harsh bottom-outs on large impacts or feel your shock lacks support through high-speed corners and G-outs, this air volume spacer kit is the definitive solution.

By using these precision-engineered volume reducers, you can easily modify your shock´s air spring curve. Installing a spacer reduces the total volume of the air chamber, causing the spring rate to ramp up more progressively towards the end of the stroke. This provides a significant increase in bottom-out resistance, giving you the confidence to tackle bigger drops, jumps, and the most aggressive rock gardens without fear of a harsh metal-on-metal impact. This adjustment also allows you to run slightly lower initial air pressure for improved small-bump sensitivity and traction, without sacrificing that crucial end-stroke support.

This kit is the ultimate tool for fine-tuning your ride. It empowers you to achieve a more supportive mid-stroke, keeping the bike higher in its travel and maintaining its dynamic geometry through berms and compressions. The result is a more controlled, predictable, and capable ride feel. As a genuine FOX factory spare part, you are guaranteed perfect fitment, reliability, and performance for your compatible Float CTD and Float DPS rear shocks. Installation is a straightforward process for any competent home mechanic, making this one of the most cost-effective and impactful suspension upgrades available.

Air Volume Spacers Kit Float Ctd/Dps (9Mm).

The set contains 5 volumes spacers:

0.2 Inch3, 0.4 Inch3, 0.6 Inch3, 0.8 Inch3 And 0.95 Inch3.

This comprehensive range of sizes allows for incremental adjustments, so you can experiment and find the exact level of progressivity that matches your needs. Whether you are a lighter rider needing a small adjustment or a hard-charging enduro racer looking for maximum bottom-out control, this kit has the right spacer for the job. Elevate your control, boost your confidence, and customize your ride with the FOX Float Air Volume Spacer Kit

Impeccable

Frédéric

Very easy to install on the shock absorber. Given my weight (105 kg), I don't bottom out as easily as before. I used the largest spacer and was able to lower the pressure in my shock absorber for more sensitivity.

Expensive kit but there are no alternatives

Stefano

Already purchased previously, useful for customizing the behavior of the shock absorber. I give 4 stars because in my opinion, especially when compared to the tokens of fox shock absorbers, they are too expensive.

Must have

Andras

Bought for a Focus Jam with Fox DPS, it is a must have, as the frame is very active. The bike feels more supportive on jumps and bunny hop.

В отзывах о раме моего велосипеда пишут, что подвеска слишком линейная. Купил этот набор, поскольку трудно угадать какая именно проставка подойдет. Буду пробовать все.

Exactly what you need to improve your suspension

Moana

My fox DPS came with a 0.4 spacer, I went straight to 0.8 and the difference is there. Super happy to be able to make a suspension progressive by buying an affordable product.
