FSA MegaEvo BSA Threaded Bottom Bracket - Unlock Modern Performance

Elevate your road cycling experience by bridging the gap between classic frame design and modern crankset technology with the FSA MegaEvo BSA Threaded Bottom Bracket. This premium component is the ultimate solution for riders looking to install a high-performance, oversized FSA BB386EVO crankset onto their beloved bicycle equipped with a standard 68mm BSA bottom bracket shell. Stop letting frame standards limit your performance potential; this bottom bracket unlocks a new world of stiffness, efficiency, and lightweight performance for your road bike.

The core principle of the MegaEvo system is ingenious compatibility. As FSA states, "MegaEvo is a threaded bottom bracket that allows the installation of a BB386EVO crankset into a standard 68mm BB shell with BSA threading." This means you can benefit from the larger, stiffer 30mm spindle of a 386EVO crank—originally designed for press-fit frames—on the most reliable and widely-used threaded standard. It´s the perfect upgrade for achieving a pro-level drivetrain setup without needing to change your frame.

Engineered for durability and buttery-smooth operation, the FSA MegaEvo features high-quality stainless steel bearings that are built to withstand the rigors of competitive road cycling and high-mileage training. These robust bearings ensure a frictionless, silent pedal stroke, transferring every watt of your power directly to the road. The cups themselves are crafted with precision and finished with a striking titanium anodization, providing exceptional resistance to corrosion while adding a touch of professional aesthetic to your bike´s build.

This bottom bracket is designed with the modern cyclist in mind. Its compatibility extends beyond just the crankset; it is fully compatible with Shimano Di2 wiring, allowing for a clean, integrated electronic shifting setup without any clearance issues. This forward-thinking design ensures your bike is ready for the latest technological advancements. Weighing in at a mere 87.4 grams, this component adds minimal weight to your build, helping you maintain a competitive advantage on climbs and during accelerations.

Choose the FSA MegaEvo BSA Threaded Bottom Bracket for a seamless, reliable, and high-performance connection between your frame and crankset.
