Garbaruk indicates that the specific rear derailleur model is the GRX RD-RX812-1x11. And for better performance, it is recommended to use it with the 11+16T derailleur pulley set. I have not changed the derailleur hanger.

No it is not compatible with GRX RD-RX810 rear derailleur . It´s only compatible with the GRX RD-RX812 rear derailleur; which is a 1X. Go to the Garbaruk official website.
