Hello! It can be used for indoor training, such as running on an indoor track or riding an exercise bike. GPS is disabled for indoor activities. When you run or walk with GPS turned off, speed, distance, and cadence are calculated using the device´s accelerometer. The accelerometer is automatically calibrated.
