I have only used it on one 2 hour ride but I hardly knew I had it on my head. I bought it because it had more ventilation than my previous helmet and it really works I felt far less confined and sweaty , plus the bright yellow colour makes it much easier to be seen , an added safety feature. Really satisfied would highly recommend.
