Bought this item to replace cracked original carbon XTR derailleur cage. Very impressed with the quality of both the cage and jockey wheels, and all at a fraction of the cost of the original Shimano items. Very easy to install. You have the option to adjust the spring tension for the cage, which is a nice feature. I mounted the spring in the same position as the standard cage. Out on a ride it all runs very smoothly and quietly. Definitely worth purchasing if you need to replace your damaged derailleur cage.

It is a top product and low in weight. You have to be careful during my muddy outings, the derailleur cage opens on the bottom wheel and allows the chain to come out of the wheel and this is blocked in the cage.

Hello, I bought this bracket here and the product is really good quality and quite easy to assemble...tutorials exist to safely dismantle the old bracket. I mounted it on an XTR and I really think it fits on an XT too. At worst, you try carefully and if it doesn´t work, you send it back to bikeinn free of charge. Made the right choice!!

The original Shimano xtr pulleys both have 13 teeth, while the Kcnc ones have 14/16: if the chain is correctly adjusted in the original configuration it is not strictly necessary to lengthen it.
