KLICKfix A-Head Stem Adapter

KLICKFIX A-Head Stem Adapter

Unlock the full potential of your modern bicycle with the KLICKFIX A-Head Stem Adapter, the definitive solution for securely mounting KLICKFIX bags and baskets on bikes equipped with A-head stems. Engineered for cyclists who demand both functionality and a clean aesthetic, this adapter seamlessly integrates with your bike´s existing setup, providing a stable and reliable foundation for your front-mounted accessories. If you´ve been searching for a way to use the renowned KLICKFIX system on your road, gravel, or mountain bike with a threadless headset, your search ends here.

This expertly designed adapter is specifically created to allow the installation of the KLICKFIX headtube adapter (product 0211st) directly under A-head stems, making it compatible with the vast majority of modern bikes featuring a standard 1 1/8” steerer tube diameter. Its most innovative feature is its method of installation; the adapter is installed directly in place of existing headset spacers under the stem. This results in an incredibly clean, integrated look that appears as if it were part of the original bike design, eliminating the clutter of traditional handlebar mounts and preserving valuable cockpit space for lights, computers, or a comfortable hand position.

Versatility is at the core of the A-Head Stem Adapter´s design. Recognizing that every bike and rider combination is unique, KLICKFIX has incorporated a brilliant dual-position mounting system. The bracket can be turned upside down during installation. This simple flip permits a second possible mounting position, which is lower by 70mm. This exceptional level of adjustability allows you to select the best possible mounting height to perfectly suit your specific frame size, geometry, and the type of bike you ride. Whether you need to clear a specific cable routing or prefer your basket to sit lower for better stability, this adapter provides the flexibility you need. Furthermore, this secure mounting position ensures that the adapter remains completely independent of the inclination of adjustable stems. This means your bag or basket will always stay level and stable, regardless of how you adjust your stem´s angle for comfort or performance.
