Good morning, can you confirm this product comes with these items? - I need to get the **old** spline changed due to compatibility with the **new** bracket. CONTENTS - Pre-assembled bracket body includes: Bracket body front (a1), Bracket body rear (a2) and Hex bolt (d) - Hex wrench-3mm (c) - TugBlock metal tension carrier with Nylon Strap (b1) and Rubber Shim (b2) permanently attached - Spline (e) (Note: Already on Ulock shackle)

Hi, I checked the contents of the package and I can confirm that it does contain all the parts you mentioned, it also comes with 2 pcs Spline 16mm and 13mm. I have a newyork fahgettaboudit and another normal newyork u lock safety rating 9/10 which at least the Spline that comes with the package fits
