The light i don't feel to be quite as strong as 1400 lumens and the light is a little bluish ( i have a light of 700 lumens and the light doesn't seem to be much brighter...wider yes, but not much stronger). The bracket mount seems fine, a little bulky. Overall, i like it and for a little off road night cycling it is ok.
