EBIKE MACRO DRIVE 1000

A high-performance e-bike cycling light, the Macro Drive 1000 is built from durable, heat-dissipating CNC-machined aluminum construction and features two ultra-high-output LEDs delivering up to 1,000 lumens. An enhanced MOR (Maximum Optical Reflection) lens offers optimized illumination as well as built-in side visibility. Intelligent Auto Day/Night dim mode. E-bike compatible 6 – 12v input, 6w easily plugs into motors from top makers including Bosch, Shimano, and Yamaha. Includes a Forward Center Mount, aluminum CNC fork mount, and 130cm long power cable. We also offer the 130cm long power cable with a BES3 BOSCH connector.

Our e-bike lights are powered by the motor/battery of an e-bike and need to be manually installed. Proper installation may require some disassembly of the bike and motor (depending on make and model, battery type) and additional wiring to connect the light to the motor. Please contact the e-bike or motor manufacturer for installation instructions. It is highly recommended to have a trained e-bike professional install your lights for you.

It is a very good lamp for the money. I was able to buy the lamp for 55 euros. The headlight performs better than many more expensive bulbs. But remember, it's a lamp with no real reflector or lens. This makes it difficult to beam far ahead without hindering oncoming traffic. I mounted the lamp on an ebike with a Bosch Performance CX gen 4 motor. This works as expected without any issues.

At 45 euros there is no better value for money. The different modes that allow to be well seen (flash) and to save watts. Its fastening system is certainly one of the best there is. I appreciated the length of the electric cable, which allows the connection to be made inside the frame of the bicycle. The lighting is of good quality given the small size of the lamp, there are better, but with budgets three to five times higher. I finally bought a second one... what more can I say...

Good product. Fantastic value for money. Solid aluminum construction, with a barred structure design to improve the dissipation of the heat generated by the LEDs. Provides good lighting for night routes with different modes of use by being able to vary the intensities. The modes are regulated from the rear button of the spotlight, but it is turned on from the control of the electric bicycle itself. Very comfortable to start and stop. Recommended. It is the third one I use.

A phenomenal bicycle lamp, with a very high light intensity, long range and super made. The entire housing and lamp holder, made of aluminum, the possibility of many mounting configurations. Several modes of constant and pulsating light to choose from. An expensive product, but worth the price, for users for whom quality and possibilities are the first priority. I also have a lamp with a built-in power supply charged via the micro USB socket Lezyne Macro drive 1300XXL and I think that it is the best purchase when it comes to the amount of light, lighting time, workmanship, functions and light modes in relation to the price of the lamp itself. The lamp at night gives such light that sometimes car drivers flash their lights as if I were driving at traffic lights.

Scott supplies its bikes with a cable to connect to the motor. You need to connect the spotlight cable, respecting the polarities and creating protection against water. This spotlight comes with the basic handlebar connection bracket, on the handlebar and not on the stem or suspension, as shown in the product images. For the spotlight to work, you need to activate the lights at your dealer, who will have to connect the motor to the Bosch computer.

Buenas tardes! According to the manufacturer´s specifications (Lezyne) it is not compatible with the Shimano E6010 battery, neither the 500 nor the 1000 lumen focus. You can find this information on the manufacturer´s website in the "ebike lights" section, Subsection "compatibilities" . I hope this information is helpful.

THE advertised product is like a rear light... but in the photographs... it is clearly a FRONT light... so I want to know what exactly is being sold, because I have one just like it and I want another... that´s why I know it is front... and also white... so please can you clarify it for me. Hello! In the ad it says rear, but it is a MISTAKE. The light is only intended to be installed on the front of the bike. If you already have one like this, then it is the same one you have. Unless you´re interested in having a white taillight. In that case you can install it as a rear light. If it is not the case, it would not make sense to install it back. In olmo case I have already bought three as it is. I hope the information is usefull. All the best.

Does the light come with the compatible cable to install it on a Giant with a Yamaha engine, or do you have to buy the cable separately?

The light comes with a sheath containing two cables to connect to the positive and negative pole of the motor. To connect it to a Yamaha motor that Giant carries, from what I´ve seen you need a cable that splits into two in a Y mode with a connector at each end. Each branch of the Y works, one for the front light and the other for the rear, and the third goes to the engine. So I think you have to buy it separately. Thus the motor differentiates between the front and rear light to be able to send the energy when you activate it. I hope it helps.
