For years I've rolled with the red version of LOOK cleats and I think I still will for my road bike shoes. I bought these to go on new Fizik shoes for my triathlon bike. I like the way that everything is the same and consistent as I expect from this product. I’ve been using the Look Keo Grip 4.5º Cleats for a long time and they’ve always performed well. The float is just right for comfort and efficiency, and clipping in/out feels smooth and reliable. The only downside is that they wear out fairly quickly from walking — the grip pads help a little, but if you often walk with your cycling shoes, the cleats do get damaged. Still, for riding performance they are excellent and I keep coming back to them.
