Since the battery came from a dealer, you must follow these steps: Connect the Mahle app and the bike. In the main menu, go to Diagnostics and Installation, then Install New Remote. Choose the brand of the bike and then enter the serial number/frame number. Confirm all the information entered. Put the bike in active mode. To do this, you must upload the bike to the end-user app, MY SMART BIKE. If you don´t have a dealer account with Mahle, send the email address you want to use and they will give you the access. They usually send a step-by-step manual.

Como la bateria llego desde un distribuidor, debes seguir los siguientes pasos Conecta la app de Mahle y la bici, en el menú principal ve a diagnóstico e instalación, luego instala un nuevo dispositivo - install new remote.
