With a head circumference of 59 cm I am usually between size M and L in helmets making it hard to choose the right size. With this model size L does not look stupidly big on my head which is great. It has a good fit on my head shape, which of course is individual, and I like the semi aero look. Only reason not to give five stars is I would have preferred a magnetic “one hand” closure on the straps.

Hello, I have a head circumference of 56 and I bought size L because I knew from a test in a German magazine that this helmet comes out very small. The S is completely ruled out for you. Since I always wear something under my helmet, the L is perfect for me, especially if in winter you wear a cold protector underneath, the M may be just right. So choose between M or L depending on the protectors you wear underneath.

I think you are size small. The website for Met Rival seems to say 52 to 56 cm is small and 56 to 58 is medium. I measure 58 and wear a medium. I have a little room and use the twist knob to tighten it a bit. Good luck!
