What is BODY Plus

Optimal combination of proteins and carbohydrates, with a high content of vitamins reinforced in choline and inositol.

It contains a mixture of carbohydrates, of different number of molecules to ensure that its assimilation is progressive, as source of energy.

Protein is the basic nutrient for muscle recovery. Among the existing protein sources, whey protein is one of the richest branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) of high bioavailability, essential nutrients for muscle regeneration and stimulate the synthesis of muscle proteins. It absorbs easily and accelerates recovery.

Energy:

Carbohydrates (18.9 g):
Combination of short chain and long chain carbohydrates that ensures the energy supply needed to train intensely and to supply the body with the energy it needs in its processes of muscle regeneration. Muscle growth requires a high energy demand, hence the importance of supplementing the diet with carbohydrates of the highest quality, such as those present in Body Plus.

Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9 and B12 (50% CDR *):
B vitamins are involved in the processes of absorption of numerous nutrients, are essential for energy (hence their replenishment after a physical effort) and strengthen the nervous and immune system (among other functions).

Bone health:

Vitamin D3 (50% CDR +):
Fat soluble vitamin involved in the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, making it essential for good bone health and for the correct functioning of all those metabolic processes in which calcium and phosphorus are present.

Antioxidant:

Vitamin A (50% CDR *):
Liposoluble vitamin that strengthens the immune system, protecting us from possible infections derived from the physical stress that causes the training. It is also a potent antioxidant.

Vitamin E (50% CDR *):
Liposoluble vitamin with antioxidant activity. It reacts with the free radicals generated during physical activity, avoiding the destruction of good cells and slowing down the aging process. It is considered to be a cardio-protective and rejuvenating vitamin.

Water soluble vitamin with a great antioxidant power in the metabolism. Thanks to this, vitamin C protects us from the internal wear that generates the practice of exercise and delays the degenerative and aging processes.

Inositol (50% CDR *):
Inositol stimulates the metabolism of fats by mobilizing them and avoiding their accumulation in both the liver and adipose tissue. That is, it accelerates its combustion to produce energy. Combined with the Hill, it regulates blood cholesterol levels.

Choline citrate (50% CDR *):
La Colina is an essential nutrient for the proper functioning of the cardiovascular and cerebral systems. How to use

Dissolve 30g (one meter full) in 200ml (one glass) of water or skim milk.
