Hello, I bought it a couple of years ago, for my Oltre (compatibility the same as the Especiallisima) and I had the same doubt, it was also a shoe brake and 11v. Absolutely no problem and 100% compatible.

Let´s see if I explain myself well and we understand each other, you put the puncture in the frame and to fix the toe you put 2 threaded screws inside the frame "thread in the toe" the frame is countersunk. Once the dropout is installed on the frame, the rear derailleur is threaded to the dropout in the large hole. In total, the dropout has 3 threads, 1 large for the derailleur and 2 smaller ones for fastening to the frame.
