I have had the watch for 6 months now and have used it as my daily watch and to measure my training. It is super light and barely noticeable on the wrist. The sleep measurement works very well and the ANS (autonomic nervous system) value shows minus before I feel like I am getting sick. The H10 band is very good for measuring heart rate during training and can also be used with other apps to log sleep almost as a medical standard. (Search for example on The Quantified Scientist Amazing sleep ,Tracking With A 90 Polar Wearable!). For training with varying heart rate such as intervals or strength training, the band works best as the watch with its optical measurement has a delay (just like all optical meters). The band can also be used with just a phone without the watch if you are, for example, cycling and have the phone on the handlebars. It can also be connected to most modern fitness machines. You can customize which activities you want to be able to log and which fields you want to be able to see on the display during each individual activity (sometimes I have noticed that this setting is not saved, however). When I am strength training, for example, I always want to show the current time so I can keep track of the clock instead of detailed heart rate values.I have turned off notifications from my phone as I use a more minimalist approach and don't want to disturb my focus with low-priority notifications. The display is easy to read even in daylight and the automatic lighting works very well. When you turn your wrist, it lights up. This can be turned off at night when you can set a do not disturb time. It is bright enough to be used as a simple flashlight if you need to get up in the dark of the night or check on a sleeping child. I put the bracelet on a little looser than they recommend, but it still works very well for daily measurement. When doing any activity that I want to log with the phone, I tighten it a little extra for optimal heart rate measurement (although the band is much better for that). The measurement of training volume varies and is a little difficult to use. It quickly fluctuates between underload and overload if, like me, you train variedly and only take a few days of rest. If you get sick and don't exercise for a while, it has to start over and then it thinks you're always overtraining even though you're following your normal routine. I charge it about once a week with continuous heart rate monitoring enabled.In short, a great product that is recommended! The price on Tradeinn for both the watch and the strap is a super deal!

I have this product and measured it. It comes with the M-XXL: 67-95 cm band. It's very easy to replace if you would need the XS-S: 58-71 cm and you can buy extra bands. I'm thinking of replacing mine with a colored one so I can more easily find the unit among all my other equipment that's mainly black

You can set custom heart rate zones (there are 5 HR zones). When your heart rate crosses a specific zone the watch will vibrate. I suggest you set your maximal recomended heart rate as the barrier between zone 4 and 5.
