Much cheaper than many alternatives, but does the job. The way I'm using it at the moment, they last about 6 days on a single charge. Heart rate monitor works pretty well. GPS could do with a bit more accuracy, but overall it's not an issue.

It stays on the screen you have selected, it does not change between screens. But you can customize your screens, it can give you up to 5 data on one screen. You can also generate your own screens. I do all of this in my Polar account, selecting the watch and customizing the information that I want it to give me on the screens. The screens are also specific to each sport, that is, you can customize the screens for running and they can be different than the screens for swimming.

The watch is excellent, irreplaceable for everything. I used it to do a full ironman I take my hat off, now I have a garmin 945 and it turned out to be terrible, the battery doesn´t last. Buy it from the polar, it´s cheap, you won´t regret it.
