It worked the first time, I charged it with pressure using an electric compressor, I don´t know if it´s possible to fully charge it with a normal foot pump

It´s not an inflation pump, it doesn´t combine a pump with a powerful compressor, it´s just an air accumulator, which is useless to you without an air pump to fill it. The description implies that it combines a pump with a compressor, and that´s not the case. They should describe it better in the description
