The weight is good (measured) is 320g even if the weight is not the same according to the manufacturer. Grip is good even on mud. The crampons are made from aluminium so if you have strong contact with a stone or something like this, they will broke. You can change it because you have some for spare in the package. Good for XC not good for downhill or something like this.

good solid pedals, light enough for their size, rather tenacious spikes, hold the foot well and confidently, of course the sole of the shoe suffers from the spikes, I already take such a second pair, I recommend it.
