Good morning, I wanted to know if these grips are suitable for attaching special tools to the handlebars... are they open on the outside? Thanks

The end cap consists of two parts. The inner plate with the logo (although in my case it was a 31 instead of an R) is loose and can be omitted during assembly, leaving the end of the handle open.
