RFR Riser 20 mm Handlebar | Enhanced Comfort and Control for MTB Cycling

Elevate your mountain biking experience with the RFR Riser 20 mm Handlebar, meticulously engineered for riders who demand a perfect fusion of comfort, control, and durability. Whether you are breathing new life into a classic mountain bike, upgrading your trekking bike, or fine-tuning your current trail machine, this high-quality aluminum handlebar provides a significant and immediate improvement to your ride quality. Designed for the discerning MTB cycling enthusiast, it offers a superior connection between you and the trail.

Optimized Ergonomics for All-Day Riding

At the core of the RFR Riser´s design is rider comfort. The slight bar elevation of 20 mm gives a relaxed riding position, subtly raising your hands to reduce pressure and strain on your lower back, shoulders, and wrists. This modest rise is the sweet spot for many riders, promoting a more upright posture without compromising control or power on climbs. Complemented by a 5° upsweep and a 5° backsweep, the handlebar is shaped to place your hands and wrists in a more natural, ergonomic angle. This thoughtful geometry is key to preventing fatigue on long epic rides and minimizing the risk of strain, allowing you to ride longer and push harder with greater confidence.

Premium Aluminum Construction for Performance

Made of high-grade, heat-treated 6061-T6 aluminum, the RFR Riser handlebar has a great balance between durability and weight. This specific alloy is renowned in the cycling industry for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, ensuring it can withstand the bumps, impacts, and rigors of aggressive trail riding while remaining impressively light. At just 270 grams, this handlebar helps to reduce the overall weight of your bike´s front end, leading to more responsive steering, easier climbs, and a more agile feel when navigating technical singletrack. Trust in the robust construction to deliver reliable performance ride after ride.

The 640 mm width offers a fantastic balance between stability at speed and maneuverability in tight sections, making it an incredibly versatile choice for cross-country, light trail, and even urban cycling. This handlebar provides the leverage you need to confidently steer through corners while being nimble enough to weave through trees or city traffic.
