Very nice shape, I would only prefer to have more flare... and that is the only reason why I am not buying the carbon version in order to enhance vibration damping..but if you do not have to have much flare, than this is a superb handlebar for an amazing price!

Any road or gravel handlebar tape works for you, there is nothing special about it even though it may seem that way from the shape.

I used two tapes on this handlebar - Cinelli Cork gel and Synocros super thick. They both work well but they do get a bit thick on the top aero section which I don't mind. The drop ,bar part is perfect. If you have small hands I would prefer a bar tape without the gel, but you do sacrifice a bit of vibration dampening if you intend to ride gravel at all.
