Great handlebars! This is the first time I've changed handlebars, and this width is really good for gravel/bikepacking and for taller riders. It's the first time I've had such a slack angle, but you get used to it very quickly. Be careful to choose bar tape longer than 2 meters, otherwise it might be too short. Go for 2.15 meters or longer. A small improvement would be to add markings for the brake levers.
