Does it come with a controller? If not, will a regular SRAM axs controller work instead of a Rockshox axs?

it does not, charger and batttery are included in mine. Regular sram AXS controller will work (you can configure any of the 2 buttons for dropper activation, but then you will need another AXS controller to do shifting. If you have only 1 AXS controller, you cannot configure it to shift and do also dropper controll.
