Since I bought them a year ago, I didn´t experience any fog or scratches and I run trails with these every week. Yes, I assume they can though not sure they are approved by any regularor, you should check maybe directly on their site. I highly recommend these!!

Yes, they are. They are very good at rapid changes in sunlight - when you run between bright light and shadow area.

Yes they are original. I have some and my wife too, but in black. The lenses darken in light and lighten when the intensity drops. We use them for running in the mountains, for cycling, etc, and they are great. We totally recommend them.
