The caliper comes together with flat mount adapter. Be carefull: if your frame (gravel one) designed for post mount calipers you won't be able to mount these ones. There is no adapter. The difference is that post mount has 74 mm between holes and flat has 70 mm.

Product arrived fast and in original Shimano packing. They are for 38mm hole mounts. The front brake caliper was already mounted to the 140/160mm adapter. It fits the 70mm fork hole spacing with the adapter. Also included are the ICE brake pads and bolts. The rear caliper comes without adapter, on my frame I had to get a 140mm disc (mine was 160mm), after that it fits perfectly. 100% happy user! I write the same review for both disc calipers since the article page lacks details and it's unclear which one is which.
