This adapter is practical if you cannot directly connect the bike to the current. Be careful though, the attachment to the battery is a bit limited (no clipping of the adapter with the battery). Check that the adapter is correctly positioned and that charging is carried out. I had to put thick tape so that the adapter wouldn't come off. Otherwise, it works very well. So I still give 5 stars.

I bought this adapter because I don´t want to take the bike into the hotel room to charge the battery when I´m on vacation. The battery is easy to remove and easier to transport. It can then simply be charged next to my bed. The bike stays in the hotel basement. Since the battery is not in the bike overnight, this solution might also be a small theft deterrent.
