It comes ready to be assembled, you just have to cut the hose because it is long or don´t cut it and leave it long.

Yes kit is ready to fit. Only problem I had was the lever was designed for the left but in Ireland the front brake is on the right. I just put the lever on upside down and it works great but ill have to loosen it to bleed.
