It comes already with the pump, you just have to connect it to the oil pipe and bleed it (oil not supplied)

No, it only comes with the handle. When I replaced it, I used the same cable with the olive that I already had and without a problem. It also doesn´t come with Shimano mineral oil, you have to bleed it by filling the lever reservoir and operating the lever until all the bubbles are made, it´s super simple.
