Just bought a new bike with built-in Giant RS ridesense cadence sensor (is BLE and ANT+). Can this sensor be paired with the Sigma Sport BC 12.0 WL STS Wireless? Thanks for answer.

The Sigma Sport BC 12.0 WL STS Wireless connects via a radio protocol, not BLE nor ANT+. Unfortunatelly I believe the Sigma won't work with the cadence sensor on your bike.
