HOW TO APPLY IT
It is important to follow the product application procedure to achieve optimal performance. SMOOVE is a lubricant that should not be mixed with other oil-based products for your chain.

6 SIMPLE STEPS TO FOLLOW

1.Apply SMOOVE to a clean, dry chain. PREP degreaser will help you leave the chain perfectly clean.
2. Apply lube to the inside of the chain while rotating the pedals. The new addition is Ryder Innovation´s patented Luberetta applicator nozzle, which ensures even lube application without the mess.
3. Let the lubricant dry for one hour. The best results are obtained when left on overnight.
4. Do not wipe off leftover lubricant after application.
5. Be logical and moderate. Excess lubricant will cause debris to accumulate on the rollers and teeth of the chainring.

I've been using Smoove since discovering it at a Bike Show about 6+ years ago. Summer, winter, wet or dry, this stuff just works. It's very important to read the pre-application instructions on first use, but after that just, apply as required, which is a lot less often than any 'normal' lube. The new applicator is quite funky too - good to see Smoove are always improving.

Although this lubricant is ideal for dry and dusty roads, where it's practically perfect, it also performs well in mud and water. I don't recommend it at all for daily use in wet conditions, but it will hold up on those country outings where you encounter a river and mud to cross. Very happy with it.

Conditions where I live have been pretty grim - the persistent winter rains rendered all the trails, I ride (gravel), to muddy cyclocross tracks with good doses of sand thrown in to add insult to injury! Dirty drive trains guaranteed when using a traditional chain lube. Not so when using Smoove Lube! First thing I noticed was how silent my transmission ran. Second thing I noticed was that no matter what crud I threw at my bike the lube didn't wash off and it continued to run silent. At the end of the ride I was blown away just how clean the chain, chain ring and cassette were. Today I did a 100km gravel ride on an application of Smoovelube I'd put on three rides ago and it held up for today's ride giving me 260km on a single application. No ordinary chain lube would be capable of this. Smoove Lube is brilliant. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone regardless of the type of riding you do.

So for a week now I have been using this alchemy of wax. It is perfection. Before I was using squirt lube which is also excellent but which does not resist very well especially when it rains. You must first thoroughly clean your chain and all its transmission, the chainrings, the cassette rollers etc. The nozzle adapted to deposit the wax on the links allows a precise and measured action but also avoids waste. Applying it the day before for the next day is even better. The transmission is incredibly fluid and silent. I will only wax with this from now on

I had a bit of trouble getting the lubricant to flow properly, I passed a wire through the head because it seemed clogged (the one in the bottle...not mine) Putting the lubricant on the chain is easy (a bit less so if you want to lubricate the sprocket and chainring) Two outings to my credit since lubrication, smooth operation and always clean mechanism!

I bought this new bottle as it was recommended on several sites and it's easy to use without spill but I was disappointed to find, that the head is glued on as I want to be able to use it on the the bottles I already have without the new head. Tried lots of brands and this is definitely the best so far, does everything it claims to do. Chain does need to be spotlessly clean before first application. Don't overdo application as excess will build up on the jockey wheels.

So far, after 100 km from the application, I haven't had to reapply it yet. Previously, I experimented with lubrication with my own wax - but that one after 70 km already required re-lubrication. I would like to answer yes... but in the area where I live, the highest I rolled was with -2, it worked 5 stars, I have no reason to complain. This is a very good wax, it should be applied the day before with a clean chain or a maximum of 4 hours before going cycling. I normally do 40 to 60km on each lap and only do the same again after 3 laps, that is, 120 to 180km of riding. So I´m quite happy with it. Use in mountain biking.

Hello, I´ve used this in Copenhagen and this product is probably not aimed at daily commuters. After using it for a couple months for 3 bikes in the family I tend to agree with an opinion from a bike shop: it is best applied when you have an event, ride the bike, return home, clean the bike and before the next event reapply the wax. For wet conditions and low temps I started using "all weather" oil based lube. Applied on a degreased chain, oil drops on each link, run the chain 20 times so the oil gets inside then wipe off the excess with a cloth. The hard way but the best way in my opinion. If it washes off too quickly I would go for the "wet lube". You´ll find all products from Muc-Off. Regards!

Depends on use... 125ml was enough for 8 months of use. You don´t need to apply it every time you go out cycling, I normally apply it every three outings and it lasts well, no problem. Each departure is like 40 to 60km.

No, it has to be purchased separately. I don´t use apply, you don´t need it for anything, I recommend applying 4 hours beforehand, on my XX1 chain I only use smoove and more than 4000km done and fully guaranteed. Fantastic Lubricant.
