It features up to 70 lumens in the front and 20 lumens in the rear, and it features the versatility of four light modes, ranging from steady and strong to flashing and brilliant. Are a USB charging cable and the attachment for the lights included in the offer?

The attachment for the lights is simply two small elastic bands, I think there is also a cable but I´m not sure, in fact I use a cable from an old smartphone.
