Doubts about the right purchase for mountain biking

I bought it to go mountain biking, the saddle is comfortable but in the only 2 trips of 80 km, I came home with a red (“roasted”) bottom. I use the shorts (siroko RESISTANCE) on the road bike on a Prologo Dimension TiroX 143m saddle without any problems. The saddle I bought is the same size as 143m, so I'm in doubt whether it's really the shorts. I'll test it with other shorts to make sure it's a problem with the shorts.
