Hello, Yes, I bought it and it comes with cable, brake lever, front brake caliper and pads. This is what I put in my order, besides the cable, everything came: 1 x SRAM Code RSC disc brake, ready for full mounting and bleeding (front wheel or rear wheel) 1 pair of SRAM 1 x sintered metal brake pads SRAM fixing clamp 1 x SRAM transport safety Incl. Olive + Insertpin With fixing screws included

Yes it comes with lever, brake hose and calliper, fully bled and ready to go, If you want to shorten the brake hose you will have to use a bleeding edge tool and bleed the system again!

Hello yes it comes as a complete set (lever with seat post adaptor or shifter adaptor, cable, caliper, bake pads and bolts) Front brake comes ready to use and rear brake comes disassemble so you can insert it in your frame. You´ll need to bleed them after shortening the cable.
