Hello, why is it described as 2x12s? It is also described as compatible with the rd-red-e-e1 which is 11s. Do you confirm that there is no problem with an 11s rear derailleur? I imagine that this one is the ds-red-e-e1. The ref is not indicated. Thank you

SRAM Red E1 is actually the newer 12 speed system. As this is only the front derailleur, I guess you can use this with an 11 speed rear AXS system but I don’t think you will get the full compatibility features such as auto trim function when going up and down the rear block

If the plates are 11/12 compatible, the derailleur is also compatible.

The E1 front mech is only for SRAM 12sp. AXS

Don´t get confused the red E1 is still 12v, it´s just the previous model but still 12 speed. I have no data to tell you if it is compatible with the 11 speed Red.

This front derailleur will only work with SRAM 12 speed AXS groupsets.
