Yes, Stages Powermeter are compatible with Garmin bike computers like the 520 series. And yes, you can match a drive-side powermeter from Stages with a normal DuraAce non-drive (left) crank without powermeter to get a “one-sided” power meter setup.

Hello, I have an existing Ultegra Stages Non-Drive side Gen 3 Powermeter crank arm (R8000-L). Question: Can I combine this new R8100-R drive-side Stages Powermeter crank with my older R8000 left powermeter and pair the two Stages units?
