I have used running, GPS guidance, swimming and cycling functions. It records both the position (also in the mountains) and the heart rate very correctly. In running, I have tried the Cooper Test and the series functionality. Both have worked very well. In swimming, it records the stops in the pool and the style used for each length. The fatigue assessment for each type of exercise and rest work quite well. In manual activities, one is invented, or you can replace it. I recommend doing the activity with the watch and recording the data so that you can enter the data manually with better judgment. The most invasive options in terms of privacy are, by default, deactivated. There are many options that allow you to authorize or not collect data. It is true that the more advanced fatigue assessment options require many permissions, but they make sense. I have been able to notice two improvements to the app in 1 month. The included training guide makes interesting, but quite basic suggestions. Things to improve: - Sleep doesn't register well if there are interruptions. Take the longest section and the rest is not recorded. - In GPS navigation mode, the zoom keeps changing and you can't or haven't learned how to block it. Highly recommended.- It does not allow you to configure an initial CTL (physical level you start with).
