Tested to the limit:
- At the Thule Test Center™ in Hillerstorp, Sweden, products go through extreme testing. Our cargo carriers are designed to carry your gear and fit your car as safely and securely as possible. Below are just a few examples of the many tests conducted.

Crash tests:
- We conduct multiple crash tests at different speeds and weights to see how the racks and cargo carrier protects its contents and the vehicle from damage.
- A Thule roof box is being tested in the Thule test center wear and tear simulations.

Wear and tear simulations:
- Specialized tests that are used to evaluate the cargo carriers over time, to assess their durability and long-term performance.
A cargo carrier is being tested in the Thule test center exposure test.

Exposure tests:
- To evaluate the performance of cargo carriers under conditions that might be encountered during use, we expose them to extreme heat, cold, damp, sunlight and chemicals.
- Premium cargo box, giving the car up to 300L of easily accessed, extra loading space
- Aerodynamic design for little impact on fuel consumption or on the range of your electric car

One person attachment of the cargo box:
- SlideLock system with separate locking and opening functions that automatically locks the lid in place and shows when the box is closed securely
- Box sits low to the ground, making it ergonomic and easy to load and unload cargo

Easy access thanks to low profile of the box:
- The individual parts of the box can be separated for compact storage or for one person attachment
