It's not a visor, and it's not a Thule product either. The product reference on the website apparently doesn't exist online, but the delivered item is indeed a "Universal foot protector with mudguards," which does the job perfectly well, and is made by YEPP (www.yepp.nl). Delivery was fine.

Does exactly what it's supposed to. It is well designed. Stays in place. Fits my bike perfectly (28 inch wheels) and can be cut to size for smaller wheels.
