TOKEN Ninja BB4629/2 Thread-Together Bottom Bracket

Silence your bike and unleash its full potential with the TOKEN Ninja BB4629/2, the ultimate bottom bracket upgrade for riders demanding silent, efficient, and rock-solid performance. If you´re tired of the persistent creaks and noises associated with standard press-fit systems, the Ninja is your definitive solution. This innovative bottom bracket is engineered to eliminate noise, enhance frame stiffness, and provide an incredibly smooth pedaling experience across all cycling disciplines.

The genius of the Ninja BB4629/2 lies in its revolutionary thread-together design. Instead of simply pressing into the frame, the two precision-machined cups thread securely into each other from within the bottom bracket shell. This unique mechanism locks the entire assembly in place, effectively clamping the shell, increasing its rigidity, and ensuring the bearings are held in perfect, parallel alignment. The result is a complete elimination of the micromovements that cause creaking, while also improving power transfer, so every watt you produce is delivered directly to the drivetrain.

Designed for maximum versatility and durability, this bottom bracket is a top-tier choice for riders of all types. For MTB Cycling, the robust, sealed design provides exceptional protection against dirt, mud, and water, ensuring reliable performance on the most demanding trails. In Gravel cycling, where bikes are subjected to a mix of rough terrain and high-mileage efforts, the creak-free stability and durability of the Ninja are invaluable. For competitive Road Cycling, the enhanced frame stiffness and flawlessly smooth rotation of the premium bearings translate into superior power efficiency and a tangible performance advantage during sprints and climbs.

The Ninja BB4629/2 isn´t just about performance; it´s also designed for straightforward installation and service by a qualified mechanic. The cups feature a robust interface for reliable torque application, ensuring a secure and lasting fit.

Key Benefits:

* Creak-Free Performance: The signature thread-together design locks the cups in place, completely eliminating the noise, shifting, and creaking common in standard press-fit bottom brackets.
* Enhanced Stiffness and Power Transfer: By clamping the frame´s bottom bracket shell, the Ninja system increases overall rigidity, leading to more direct and efficient power transfer from your legs to the road or trail.
* Improved Bearing Life: Perfect bearing alignment is guaranteed by the threaded design, which reduces uneven stress and friction. This results in a smoother rotation and significantly extends the lifespan of the bearings.
* Superior Sealing: Built to withstand the elements, the Ninja BB features multiple seals to protect the premium bearings from contamination, ensuring long-lasting smoothness in all weather conditions.

Installation & Tools:

The 16-notch bearing cups have an outside diameter of 46mm and feature an integrated torque wrench compatible 1/2´´ drive for precise installation. For service and installation, the Token tool BBT29-5 is required, which is also compatible with the widely used Park Tool BBT-79.
