So the fact you never have to think about grabbing a tool is a plus. The fact that it's weather sealed and you don't have to worry about it rusting makes this the perfect tool for most bikes (little big for road). I have one on my mountain bike and one on my gravel. It's secure stays out of the way and most importantly stays dry. The only suggestion I would have is if you have a full squish consider a cage mount extender as sometimes the tool can rub against the shock when actuated.

Yes it can. There are two holes with a factory cover under the top tube. Once installed the holder can be swiveled to get the tool out. Work great, I use it on my 2023 Pivot Mach 4 SL.
