I want to make sure before I buy that this is the DX version as mentioned in the title. Can you please confirm this? The product picture provided here does not match the manufacturer picture: https://www.topeak.com/global/en/product/1538-SUPER-TOURIST-DX-(NON-DISC)-(W--SPRING) The DX version should have 1 extra horisontal bar for attaching the pannier bags.
