I bought this item and I have the same setup as yours. Everything needed was in the box (except the cassette of course) I use a Shimano Cassette on the trainer so I didn't have to change the hub on the Kickr. Shimano and SRAM use the same spacing on their 12s cassette so it works just fine with the SRAM RD. Zwift: after registering my kickr, I received an offer to subscribe for 12 months at the price of 7 months. Hope this helps!
